FDN naphthalene based superplasticizer production line was established,filling the gap in Chongqing.

2002

Chongqing Jiangbei Special Building Materials Co, Ltd was founded, merging Chongqing Jiangbei Special Building Materials Factory and Chongqing Jiangbei Gypsum Factory.

2003

A concrete branch company was opened, laying foundation for expanding the downstream industry of special building materials.

2005

PCA polycarboxylate superplasticizer production line was completed, filling the gap in Chongqing.

2008

Stage I integrated roduction of sulur acid & cement from gypsum was started uilding an industrialization

base for comprehensive utilization of gypsum resources.

2010

Jiangbei Special Building Materals Co, Ltd was restructured into Chonging Sansheng Specal Building Materials Co Ltd.,and its IPO application was formally accepted by China Securities Regulatory Commission.　

2013

Guizhou Sansheng subsidiary and Lanzhou Sansheng subsidiary were founded under the strategy of"going out.

2015

The company was listed on SME board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, composing a new chapter of development Chongqing Sansheng Investment Co, Ltd is created, implementing consolidation and seeking diversified development by M&A.

The company became a shareholder of Chongqing Chunrui Medical & Chemical Co, Ltd. ready to be engaged in pharmaceutical field.

2016

The company purchased Liaoyuan City Baikang Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd in Jilin Province, drawing its blueprint in pharmaceutical.

Go global by setting up Sansheng Pharmaceutical FL C. and Sansheng New-type Building Materials Co.,Ltd in Ethiopia.

Chongqing Sansheng Special Building Materials Co, Ltd was renamed as Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd.
